We are tourists, we came from other country. At the cafe you can’t pay by MasterCard/Visa, but there isn’t information about it. Unfortunately it happens in Netherlands. We made order. Our card was not accepted by the machine, we had no cash. The owner of the cafe said that we must pay for the dish heated in the microwave. He made us withdraw money from the account with a commission. Is it robbery? At the same time, he refused to go with us to the ATM, my husband went alone, and he told me, “Since he went, you cannot go and must stand here.” In fact, he limited my freedom. Do you think my husband and I wanted to dine at this place after this? The cashier at that time happily punched us the entire order, although when the dispute broke out, it was clear that we would pay for only one dish that we had already cooked, or rather heated in the microwave. I do not recommend this place to visit, as the owner is extremely negative and it is very unpleasant to interact to him. It was really like a violence because we wanted to cancel this order, but this man just forced us to give him our money for what we had not actually received yet.

Afgelopen donderdag daar gegeten. Begon al erg raar. Dit was de tweede keer dat ik daar kom en de eerste keer kon ik desinfecterende handgel krijgen aan de balie. Dus dit keer wou ik dat weer en vroeg ik erom. De vrouw aan wie ik het vroeg zei vet bot dat ik maar naar de wc moest gaan. Toen ik aangaf dat ik paar dagen terug het wel kon krijgen aan de balie heeft ze het uiteindelijk toch aan me gegeven met moeite. Nadat we hadden besteld was die zelfde vrouw aan het schreeuwen tegen haar personeel dat de koelkasten bijgevuld moesten worden. Er hing dus al een grimmige sfeer. Een vriendin had mihoen met vis erop en een sausje. Die vis was gwn bedorven, in ieder geval zo smaakte het. Toen we dit probeerde te bespreken met de eigenaresse werd ze super agressief en begon ze me letterlijk uit te schelden en te schreeuwen. Zelfs toen ik dacht laat maar en weg wou gaan bleef ze door schreeuwen en schelden terwijl er ook gwn andere klanten aanwezig waren. Later nog geprobeerd met die vrouw te bellen omdat wij wel in totaal €90 hier hebben uitgegeven en toch graag een oplossing wouden. Ze begin weer te schreeuwen en hing op in mn oor. Vandaag weer gebeld om even de andere eigenaar te spreken (ik denk haar man), wellicht was hij wel in staat een normaal gesprek te voeren en tot een oplossing te komen. Meneer zei letterlijk: ik ben er niet bij geweest en ik ga er dus niet over. Ook toen ik vroeg om geld terug van het bedorven eten gaf hij het zelfde antwoord. Persoonlijk zou ik hier nooit meer gaan eten. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk (die vrouw) en het kan dus zo zijn dat je bedorven vlees in je eten...
