I have been to this restaurant two times and I have tried a few dishes. What I liked about the restaurant is the ordering method, which is through your phone. It makes the service faster and gives you more time to look at the menu and consider your choices. The prices are good in comparison to other restaurants and looking at the portions. The menu has good varieties and options, except for the dessert menu, which has only Ben & Jerry's ice creams. I would like to see and try other desserts as well. The presentation is above adequate for the ramen soup, but can be improved for the side dishes (karaage, for example.) I have tried a few items on the menu through my two visits: chicken gyoza, miso ramen soup with beef, shoyu ramen soup (my friend's order, but I took a quick taste), karaage (Japanese fried chicken) and Tonkotsu ramen soup. The miso ramen is my favorite ramen in this place, probably due to the fact that Miso soup is the most savoury among the broths. I would order it again. Other ramen soups are okay but certainly not like the Miso ramen. The rice noodles used in preparing the ramen is one of the good things. I expected that it’s prepared fresh in the restaurant itself, but that is not the case. This doesn’t conceal the fact that it tastes good and is cooked perfectly. Moreover, the beef is also cooked perfectly, medium rare, and goes perfectly with the miso ramen. From the side dishes, I would order the gyoza again. Karaage was crispy and tender but not that significant, it might need a little twist. Also, the sauce choice for the karaage was a safe choice, but surely another choice would have suited the Japanese fried chicken perfectly. I am certainly going to visit the restaurant a third time to try the chicken katsu and takoyaki. I hope I don't get disappointed. All in all, the restaurant is worth visiting. It is good enough, but with little twists, it would be beyond good. I would have given it 3 and a half stars but that is not an option on Google.

I went to visit this place with my wife for our 5 year marriage. It's a big food place but it is nicely sectioned off so you are not really bothered by others you can hear the screaming childeren though.. Furthermore you can order with your phone by scanning the QR code and they will deliver it to your table then. Your barely see the person who work here. They seemed extreme rushed and almost irritated that I came to pay. It does feel a bit dusty inside, but that is because the building and the equipment is a bit older. They have a good selection of food and the good, nothing amazing but just good. I do like the bubble tea. That is not a common food to have next to a warm lunch. It is a place that is nice to visit for one with your loved on or friend ones. I am not sure if I would come back often though. In short a okay place for a one time visit if you are a couple or a small group of people. Just don't expect to be blow away by anything, also they are not super friendly or so.

I have dined today at the restaurant, and it was very busy but the food came super quick, so we were all surprised! I come here often and the food never disappoints. We were four people and we had salmon pokebowls, tonkotsu ramen and donburi. The portions were very generous and so tasty! I personally recommend the tonkotsu ramen since the broth tastes just perfect combined with the topings. The staff was very helpful and nice despite how busy it was. We also had cappuccino and the flavour was very nice, and much like what you would get at any coffee spot in town. We also had some ginger tea and we were happy to see it was made with fresh ginger root. Overall a very good dining experience, despite the super busy moment of the day!

Never witnessed such a disrespectful customer service. Especially by the owner herself, who did not in any kind of way apprehend her wrongdoing.

Of our group, me and someone else ordered basically the same item. A ramen with the same broth. I got mine with the wrong broth, but she aggressively tried to sell it to me as the same and basically tried to take me for a fool.

Even when the people at my table tried the dish and told her that they weren’t the same at all, she still kept on selling us short. After a long discussion she reluctantly brought a little bowl of the correct broth and told me to add it to the wrong ramen. Which is just ridiculous. We declined and asked her to bring a new one like we asked her from the start. To make things worse, she brought a broth-less ramen bowl and then asked us to add the little bowl of broth which was basically nothing. We gave her everything back and asked her to do it correctly. Which she finally did in in a very passive aggressive and reluctant way. Like you know it wasn’t made fresh at all.

All we asked for was the get the correct item we ordered and nothing else. Instead we had several arguments, couldn’t enjoy our food nor were we treated correct or with any kind of respect.

She the owner did not apologize or anything. I don’t recommend this place at all. We all left this place more angry...

While I've enjoyed this restaurant in the past and the food has consistently been good, my most recent visit left me feeling conflicted. The experience started well—my partner and I ordered two mains, a starter, and drinks, with the starter arriving within 15 minutes, which felt reasonable. However, things took a turn when our mains took a full hour to arrive. During this time, there was visible confusion about which table should get what, as we were asked twice if our food had already been delivered. Despite ordering at 6 pm, we didn’t receive our mains until 7 pm, and to make matters worse, the food wasn’t served to us at the same time.

What added to the frustration was the lack of accountability from the staff, with only one server showing any concern about our delayed meal. I also noticed a backlog of over 10 dishes waiting at the pass, which made me wonder.

Overall, the food still delivers, but the service this time around didn’t match the quality. I understand if its busy but for no apology, accountability or proper responsibility its concerning. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency and confusion, especially since I’ve had better experiences...
