Multea Choice — Restaurant in Groningen

This is the place to go for bubble tea in Groningen. The drinks are absolutely delicious, there's plenty of types, flavors and add-ons to choose from, they have amazing seasonal specials, and the price to product ratio is so generous compared to what you'd expect from a boba spot in the middle of a student city! The staff are always super friendly, helpful and understanding too. One time, not even 30 minutes after getting my order I dropped the bag with my drinks and the to-go cups broke wide open. I called to explain what happened, made the awkward walk back, and they remade my drinks, for free. Moments like those show that they really care a lot about their customers, and that makes me very happy to be a regular here. They deserve every cent they earn, and I hope they never leave!! This has really become my favorite spot to visit. I think I've burned through at least 20 stamp cards by now 😅

I think they started recognizing me at some point too. The first time I walked up to the counter and the staff asked "dalgona coffee?" I really had to sit down and think about just how much money I had spent here at that point 😂 But again, it just shows that they care....

Over the past few years i have conducted an experiment to taste a variety of bubbletea shops drinks throughout the country. The reason for this is that i have various years of experience in the bobarista scene and i see way too many times theres people making drinks without passion or flavor, in the experiment i specifically focused on taro (though i have tasted other drinks too) And im happy to say this is one of the best ones! The taro was not too watery, good sweetness, no skimping on ingredients and the tapioca perfectly cooked! Absolutely loved it here, i will definitely be returning and telling other people to go here. The vibe in the store is very mellow and nice and the working speed and friendliness of the employees is very good. The seating area is big enough and the location rocks! I love what you have done with the place and from one bobarista to another, goodjob! :)

The only suggestion which may definitely come down to personal preference is maybe add coconut milk to the milk options! Its the only thing i missed in my visit here, wheras other shops did have this option. But thats all!
