The cafe is way too overrated. Firstly, it's infested with spinders that are gonna distract you from having your meal.

Secondly, this cafe offers the worst customer service you can possibly find in the whole city.

Recently, we came at 22:20, and the cafe was supposed to close at 1 am. Regardless of that, the staff acted very intimidating and unfriendly to us by imposing us the idea of wrapping our food in to-go boxes, even though we were eating at that moment. Because it was late, we were the only clients in the restraurant. The waitresses were passing by us multiple times staring at us very unwelcomingly to encourage us to leave as soon as possible. Their disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour made the dinner very tensed up and completely spoiled our experience there.

Unfortunately, we picked this cafe for celebrating a birthday, so we ordered cheesecakes. We also asked a waitress to light up a candle for us and stick it into the cake. Right after she brought it, she started to insist on wrapping the cake in a to-go box which was very rude of her because we obviously wanted to eat it in the cafe and at that moment of time, we had no intention to leave that place.

About food. The portions do not look according to their description. As it has been mentioned, the other day we celebrated there a birthday, so we ordered a chocolate cake that was supposed to have a cherry on it, but when it was served, it looked far for its description. There wasn't even a hint of a cherry on it.

The rest of the food was also horrible. The food is very greasy. We ordered two pastas and a coctail, but none of the ingridients were fresh and well-cooked. In fact, there was a midge in a coctail that was orderer. And the oil that was used in a pasta tasted like an artificial olive oil, that did...

I booked here for a birthday party for 10 people (dinner and karaoke) and my overall experience was not great. Upon arrival there was no place for us at the time of my reservation, and we had to change place a couple of times. Half an hour after the start of our reservation we were able to start ordering, but because it was quite busy they advised me to go to the karaoke first otherwise we would wait for our food during my karaoke reservation (I had booked it an hour after my dinner reservation). That sounded awful as we would have started eating around 10. Ultimately the food was there quickly and we went singing after eating, although we ate kinda hastily and instead of 1 h of karaoke it was 45 min since they had another reservation afterwards.

Overall the food was ok (not authentic Italian but tasty) but they were overwhelmed with people and made my evening more stressful than it should have been. Maybe because it was a Saturday night? But don't accept more people than you're able to accommodate, and don't pressure guests to haste so that your next guests won't have to wait - that's on you, not me! And finally the "reward" for guests that leave a 5 star review (a chance to win a 50 euro voucher) makes the reviews less...

The staff was very friendly and they served fast but I am very disappointed in terms of the organisation. I booked for a birthday party with one month in advance. I consisted of dinner and karaoke and they apparently made two reservations at the same hour by mistake. Because I was not very confident that they made the reservations correctly, given that they did not sound very convincing on the phone I called the restaurant 3 days before the dinner to make sure that everything was correct. They confirmed that everything was good and hours before the dinner they called me with the information that they made this mistake with the reservations and that I needed to rearrange my plans, which was really inconvenient. So I would not recommend to organise anything here. The food is okay but a little bit pricey for the quality. It is a pity because the karaoke is...
