The board behind the bar does not show what each item has. You better ask them what is in anything.
We ordered a mighty caramel latte, which came with a huge dollop of cream on top (nothing like the caramel machiato from starbucks). The person who that was for does not eat cream. When we approached them to talk about this, they just said that this is the way the coffee is and the ingredients are on the menu (we were at the till where you only have the board with the names). When we asked for a replacement (a capuccino), the barista, who appears to be the owner of the stall, gave me a lot of attitude and said, with very bad manners, that the ingredients are on the menu (there is no menu at the till, just the board I mentioned). After getting his arrogance, I asked for the manager to make a conplain about him and he said: "I am the owner".
That is a sure way of losing customers (I am not willing to give any money to someone who treats his customers that way).
Again, just make sure you ask what it is...

This spot in Westfield Mall is self service. The customer should not ask for a tray. The tray has to be given to him automatically, because no one can carry all of these goodies without it. The employees have to be trained to serve each customer, according to his needs. Some things in the hospitality section need improvement. Overall, always content with all the Chocolate...

About the food, we tried choc brownie and pecan with cappuccino. It was good quality and heavy while small coffee was really small, a medium would have been better to go long the cake.
Overall, a recommended...
