Staff unfriendly, unrespectful… Many customers came and they served them before us during the first 30min even a table near us was served before us by the senior woman with ignoring us The waiter noticed us and talked to the seniors - but it seems they were happy we wait for that the Chief smiled on us and didn’t react 25min the senior came like a flower and gave us the menu like something normal…. To say « I didn’t forget you » despite she served the table near us 35 min before…. The coffee came 20min after our order and the cafe latte was… not really with coffee but more milky The experience was the worse in Rotterdam .. only the local were served properly with smile and in time As we are tourists, the service was so worse and we felt really the unwelcoming from all the staff …. We noticed all other tourists were not served properly and wait for too to have the menu or to be served We felt from them the tourists are not welcomed We do not recommended this place When we choose to open a place with customers, you choose to serve a service… if you don’t like people… you chose...

My friend and I very much enjoyed our afternoon tea. The food was good. The service was good too. It was noisy. It did not bother us. But if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a table next to the window. We were seated next to the kitchen - close to all the hustle and bustle.

Our afternoon tea included: A glass of orange juice A cup of onion soup A small serving of vegetarian quiche A plate full of sandwiches. 9 sandwiches for 2 people. Our toppings were (1) pastrami, (2) tuna and (3) avocado. The pastrami was our favourite. Scones served with clotted cream, lemon curd and jam. I am not a huge fan of jam, so I was happy they served it with lemon curd too. We had the regular scones (and, they were excellent), but you can also choose an apple-cinnamon or cranberry scone. Different sweets. We had a slice of coconut-almond cake, caramel-walnut cake and brownie. The coconut-almond cake...

We had lunch here with 3 people and a toddler. It is a bakery stores in center of Rotterdam where you can have both breakfast and lunch.

First, the staff. It is friendly staff and you are helped to your table.

The food was delicious. We had 2x the homemade humus and 1x the goat cheese sandwich. And to finish, another scone and cheesecake. It was tasteful and not extremely expensive.

The interior was a bit simple and mediocre because of that. There are certainly nice things in the business too but if they want to improve some they can start with this.

And then the last one, the music. This one was present but in the background. Besides that, it was nothing special.

All in all, though, a super toko. It's good food and...
