4 different reviews in one: Ate here on Nov 19th and had the ‘Thit Ko’ and ‘Pho Bo Dat Biet’. The staff were very accommodating to the our request for Pho with no rice noodles. The taste was great though the slices of fresh beef didn’t match/look like the photo in the menu. (I am used to how it’s portrayed in their menu as that’s how my Vietnamese mother makes this type of Pho). The ‘Thit Ko’ took me back to my childhood when I had this dish home cooked by my mom — it was very tasty, I could taste a sort of sweetness in the dish so FYI if you don’t like that, the portion was enough for 2 meals for me (took part of it home). I am always in search of the best Vietnamese spot in the Netherlands to satisfy my cravings and this one did a great job even if it’s not authentic viet. __________________________________________ Update: I brought my whole family of 5 here in August 2023 - they are Vietnamese and were craving some Vietnamese food. They felt it was catered to a different demographic of customers and not those who desire authenticity. __________________________________________ Update: I tried their vegetarian egg rolls in Dec 2023 and they were not worth the price. I would rather walk further towards the bridge for their more authentic vegetarian egg rolls (Dutch call these lumpia) at Pho Ha Noi. I would recommend that if you want a more authentic experience and taste. __________________________________________ UPDATE: ..wow I came back here on March 16th, 2024 and their staff member was SO RUDE. To the point where I choose to never come back and will rather support a different business… that really says a lot considering how many countless times I’ve been to this spot since they opened. Not necessary to be rude to someone no matter the circumstances, please train your staff better.

Certainly! Here's a detailed and professional review based on the provided details: A Delightful Experience at Saigon Caphe Our recent visit to Saigon Caphe, nestled within the vibrant Markthal of Rotterdam, was nothing short of exceptional. Opting to have lunch with my colleagues, we were eager to explore the culinary offerings—and the restaurant did not disappoint. The food was truly amazing, with a rich array of flavors that captivated our palates. The diverse menu presented us with countless options, catering to various tastes and preferences, ensuring that everyone found something they thoroughly enjoyed. Not only was the food remarkable, but the service also stood out for its attentiveness and warmth. The staff exhibited a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness, enhancing the overall dining experience. The drink selection was equally impressive, with an assortment of refreshing options that complemented the meal perfectly. Adding a unique twist to this delightful establishment is the SPA located on the first floor. After our meal, we took a closer look and were thoroughly impressed by the inviting ambiance and high standards of the facility. It appeared to promise a serene and rejuvenating experience, making it a standout feature that sets Saigon Caphe apart. Our visit left us more than satisfied, and we are eagerly looking forward to returning—not only to indulge once again in the restaurant's fantastic food and service but also to explore the SPA for a moment of relaxation. Saigon Caphe Markthal is, without a doubt, a gem in Rotterdam that masterfully combines great dining with an unexpected touch of wellness!

I visited here few times, but so far it’s my favorite pho place so far in Rotterdam. First of all, place is quite spacious with lots of seats. There are QR codes on each table so order system is all set. I really like the fact that here has lots of menus, with different kinds of food ingredients. (Not just like pho pho and Bunca, spring rolls). There were Pork dishes, some different kinds of dumpling, my favorite was duck, and even, desserts, VIETNAMESE COFFEE!! When I visited here on weekend it was a bit chaos because of crowd, but staffs did their best to deliver things quickly, things to be all set well. Also my table area was dirty but the staff kindly responded and immediately cleaned the area at my request. In the rainy and windy Dutch weathered day, here pho really comforted me a lot. Other dishes, nothing to complain, I liked them all. I’m willing to visit this place time to time for more food menus. Plus,, I liked their iced tea collections, they are always so fresh and mood boosting. Recommended!!

I have been here many times. This place is my go to Vietnamese food. I have to say today was disappointing. I ordered few things extra in my noodles. But just 3 small pcs of meat I got. If that was extra how would it be if not extra? 1 small or 2 pcs?

The portion was always great my last 3 visits. I have photos when i went here before and ordered same menu. But today i had 3 small pcs of meat in my noodles. Ofc another meat was extra which i also paid for. but i paid for 2 extra things in my soup And one meat that should be there in the dish wasnt there. The waitress informed us after we got noodles that missing ingredient was out of stock today. So i can not get everything in my soup.

Kind of got annoyed by our questions or we seem to be picky. Asking for what we should receive? Was not even rude. but yes i paid the same price in the end anyway. Paid 2 things extra when only 1 thing as extra received. After these questions. Staffs did cleaning nearby pulling the chair harshly created a lot of noise around us. Like uncountable times. Discussed something so loud. If simple questions can not be asked. If this pissed you off. Then you can rest assured. We will...
