A great experience!!! As an italian myself, I can assure you won't be disappointed coming here. Here are a few points of strength: An excellent menu with some of the most worth it dishes of italian gastronomy leaving for a great catalogue, excellent quality and food, an immensely, really immensely friendly staff and a convenient location! Although, it doesn't deserve that 5th star because of two small factors. 1: The recipes are a bit untraditionalised, by this I mean the recipe was changed around from the original which can leave for some, well interesting surprises to say the least which aren't always good. 2: It is a tiny bit expensive. Even if the potions are sure to satisfy, the price is definitely a bit high. I have been so excited to visit the place, I waited for couple of days because they either closes early or completely off which I totally understand :) but when I decide to visit and am a solo traveler, I expected to be treated as respected as possible as am also paying money for what will I order, being asked to leave a table to sit in a loud voice “ maybe Italian culture” speaking to someone u have no idea how his culture is was sooo in appropriate:) I stayed for the food and definitely not the customer experience from a senior person. We are all important and am not here to justify who I am. My friend and I ordered from here and to my surprise the pizza box had aluminum on the inside. Aluminium does indeed make sure that the pizza stays warm for longer but it also holds damp, which resulted in my pizza being not soggy but just straight up wet. As this wouldn’t have been an issue if didn’t order out (no aluminium box) I was curious how the pasta tasted so I asked my friend if could try some of their pasta and to my surprise it tasted so bland… no salt at all. And if it couldn’t get worse I noticed that the prices got increased by a ridiculous amount, comparing to the prices on the old menu we got charged for €3,50 more PER ITEM. It’s just so extremely disappointing to order from an authentic Italian place instead of Dominoes or New York Pizza and to pay €15,50 for a wet pizza while I could’ve gone to a fast food restaurant and get tastier (and not wet) food for half the price....
