This was my dinner. Every vegan person’s worst nightmare is that we will get meat in our food that’s marked vegan. I am so upset and disappointed because I’ve eaten from you guys a lot in the past and this was not the experience I expected. These were my order details and this is a photo of the literal piece of meat I found in my dish. When I called the restaurant they first asked if meat in my house could have gotten into the bowl?!?! I live alone. There is NO meat in my house. They then told me to contact them by email and have not responded for days. The girl on the phone ALSO refused to give the phone to the manager or tell me when one would be in.

I didn’t want a lengthy complaint procedure. I just wanted my dinner. This is UNSAFE and utterly horrible to put someone through. People’s health and safety MATTERS - especially when they have dietary requirements like...

Definitely love the tonkotsu soup. I tried the Sapporo tonkotsu ramen(added a tamago marinated egg ofc). You should try to mix the butter with the soup, makes the soup smell and taste even better🥰. My friend tried the black garlic butatama ramen, also delicious, other location in Rotterdam for example West kruiskade has this ramen as well. Don’t miss out the sides dishes, karaage(fried chicken, you can have normal ones with mayo dip sauce or with okonomi sauce and mayo on it)and takoyaki(squid with smashed potatoes)The interior looks great too, good for photos. I can’t believe I’ve founded this place in the Netherlands 🇳🇱.. It is located in a beautiful and charming Market Hall in Rotterdam. It was very busy every time I visited the market. I waited in the queue about 30 mins but well worth it!! The place has a very good vibe. A great choice of Ramen staff and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
