A new spot from the founders of Spikizi, located just a street away from the original. We visited on a Friday evening, and even though we didn’t have a reservation, the hostess managed to find us a table. Still, booking in advance is definitely the better option.

The cocktails we tried were delicious, with interesting presentations, and the snacks were tasty as well. It’s great that they offer a dedicated snack menu, with far more options than Spikizi.

One downside we noticed is that the ventilation isn’t great - when the place gets crowded, the air quickly becomes stuffy. The tables are also quite close together, which isn’t ideal and adds to the cramped feeling.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this bar and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. The service was appalling. Despite numerous attempts to get the waiter’s attention, he blatantly ignored our table. Instead, he preferred to dance and chat with other guests (he was the guy with the fedora hat). It felt like we were invisible, which left us wondering if this neglect was rooted in something more insidious like racism.
