Domino's Pizza Torenstraat — Restaurant in The Hague

Placed an order online at 8:15 pm. Called them up at 9:05 to figure out what's going on. They say the order is already on the way. 15 mins later Uber customer support informs me that the restaurant has 'lost the order'. Not even sure what that means but they tell me they're preparing it again on priority and it'll be here soon. At 9:50 Uber called them again and they again repeated the same thing, it's on the way and should arrive any second. At 10:15, the restaurant is closed, nobody is answering the phone and the order is finally cancelled. Fun stuff. Never...

Although I'm living quite close to Domino's, I've waited for more than one hour and a half to have the pizza delivered. I've called twice to ask (with a friendly voice!!) what's happening and the pizza guy had an inappropriate attitude. No excuse, just "we are busy". If you are busy and you can't handle it, don't take orders! I can buy from elsewhere. When finally it arrived it was cold. My quests and I were very disappointed. We'll never buy again from Domino's. Extreem slechte service. Sinds een tijd weer eens besteld bij Domino's Scheveningen, stuk voor gereden aangezien de Domino's in de Torenstraat niet meer bestaat (misschien maar beter ook). Pizza's opgehaald, eenmaal thuis komen we er achter dat de half om half Pepperoni/Deluxe een Spicy Chicken Meatlovers is geworden. Wij bellen met de vraag of ze hem kunnen bezorgen, naar mijn idee logisch want het is hun fout dat dit mis is gegaan. Maar nee, de nieuwe pizza bezorgen kan niet. Wij de wel goed bezorgde pizza gegeten en weer terug naar Domino's met de verkeerd bezorgde pizza. Eenmaal weer terug bij Domino's , moet de pizza nog gemaakt worden en in de oven (terwijl meteen gemaakt zou worden na ons telefoontje). Pizza wordt vroegtijdig de oven uitgehaald en zonder te overleggen is er extra peperoni toegevoegd ter compensatie. Opzich aardig bedoelt, maar vraag dat eerst even, weet jij veel of iemand de peperoni party al genoeg peperoni vindt hebben. Eenmaal thuis is de pizza mega slap, mega vet, 10 kilo kaas en slordig belegd. Wij bellen dat we ons geld terug willen, moeten we volgens de medewerker maar het hoofdkantoor bellen.
