Fat Phill’s Diner — Restaurant in The Hague

We ordered 2 very expensive hamburgers, the sweet potato fries and normal fries .....upon delivery we immediately saw that the burgers were smashed to mush🤮🤮..The sweet potato fries were baked beyond recognition, not crunchy and disgusting🤮...The normal fries were weak ,soggy and tasteless. 🤮Upon tasting our burgers we came to the conclusion that no spices were involved in making this as they were very tasteless, greesy, falling apart, soggy and we're cold upon delivery too. CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT WE PAID FOR THIS MEAL!!! YOU WOULD BE BETTER SERVED BY OPENING A BAG OF POTATO CHIPS.... Further more after calling their number (that is listed on Google) to complain about the meal we found out that it isn't even in use😏!!!! Few minutes after eating we had to rush to the toilet because we are feeling sick due to the burgers🤮🤕🤒. As you can see most of our side dishes got thrown into the trash!!!!!!our advice is to change your name from "FAT FILLY" to "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS"🤮🤮RATING GENERALLY 0/10. Having had burgers from here a few times and having similar experiences and not just one bad order, this review is based on multiple order experience most recently 30 Aug 2021. I hate having to complain about a local business but 2 hours for a delivery is unacceptable. I wish I could say the service is horrible but it requires people to give service in order to rate it, there is zero service at this place. The food was prepared haphazard just to get it done as shown in the pictures. 1 piece of soggy lettuce I poorly sliced tomato 1 pickle stale bread for a double cheese burger. MCD and BK have delivered burgers with fresher ingredients meaning lettuce, tomato, 🥒, not referring the patty. This is poor quality food for almost 10 euro per burger. I called several times to find out the status and voice my complaints but got the mobile voice message of someone who didn't call me back. This is a place that you should consider avoiding if you want quality and to eat within within 60 minutes...

I absolutely love this place. The food I prepare for my family and myself is usually quite healthy. Almost every day. But when I want some calorie-rich fried food, I go for quality. I very rarely come across burgers done well. I prefer to make them myself. But Fat Phill is a great exception. I loved them in Amsterdam and my first encounter with them in the Hague confirms that they deliver the same quality here. Great stuff! I will order again :-). I just managed to snap a picture of one of the boxes (packaging and presentation is good) and two left over mozzarella sticks before my son got a hold of them. I was too busy enjoying my burger so I only thought of pictures after it was gone...

Edit on 2021-02-24: the food we ordered was cold and late. The delivery guy had been waiting for 45 minutes and had another stop on the way. Such a pity of the good food. It does not taste well when it’s cold....
