Bar Restaurant Pavlov — Restaurant in The Hague

Pavlov is a decent looking restaurant, great places to sit, inside and out. However I would recommend those who are looking forward to eat at Pavlov, not to order the burger, due to the fact the burger is only cooked on the outside, while the inside is still very raw. Furthermore about the service; the waiters pretend to be friendly, while their attitude clearly shows how unfriendly and unwilling they are to do their job, whereas the client should be entitle to a good service, and not having to stress out for service that is being payed for. This consequently leads me as client to have regrets on choosing to spend money to eat at this high-end restaurant. Started with ordering 4 drinks, only got 3. No problem.. we asked to get our 4th drink.. got 2 drinks instead. Ordered bread with dips to start and 3 course menu after the bread. Bread never came. Asked if our main courses came with fries, he said yes... but there were no fries. Ordered ribeye steaks medium, got well done instead. Ordered a romanoff dessert with Basil, found no basil in my dessert. (Dessert did taste good!) Ordered an espresso along my dessert, never got an espresso.

I find it crazy that this restaurant manages to make mistakes with every order we make.

Also smaller things like telling us he will make sure our dessert is served, when we haven't gotten our main course yet. Making me repeat my order 3 times for some...
