Full Moon Express (Hong Kong BBQ - noodle soup) — Restaurant in The Hague

First of all, items were missing and/or wishes disregarded and some items didn't even look the same as they are portrayed on the Thuisbezorgd website. We ordered for a hefty price around 80 euros, you would expect some quality at least. We did try to call the restaurant, but without luck, we are asking for a refund from Thuisbezorgd as I've never had food this bad, it's just disrepectful to send this to a customer.

The main courses were very small portions and the chicken of the chicken Katsu was tough (taai) and cold. The curry was spicy, which was not shown on the website (no issue for me personally, but for my wife it was).

We had small bites of Shrimp Tempura, which was cold. And Karaage chicken, which was very tough (taai) to eat and was not what I would call Karaage, it was some sort of boneless chicken.

For drinks we had, 1 Asahi beer (Not delivered), a Sweet Strawberry boba tea, which shows on the website as a milky drink, but is a non sweet watery boba, and a Honeydew Boba (which was the only thing that was done right in this whole order). They were also delivered in cans, where the straws did not fit into the cans.

We had special wishes for the Bento box to not include sauce on the Chicken as we ordered this for our son who is too young to eat that. This was completly disregarded and the only thing he was able to...

Terrible. My partner and I went for dinner together. We sat down and ordered what we want. As we finished ordering, I SAW A MOUSE 🐀 near the table 🤢. Cleanliness 0/10. It went only downhill from here 📉.

I ordered roasted duck + fried rice and spicy and sweet chicken wings. The fried rice was dry and tasted like nothing, it wasn’t cooked properly and felt like it was put in a microwave. The duck was not hot, the duck skin was not crispy and there was barely any meat. The chicken wings, badly presented. Too much sauce and didn’t taste that good.

My partner ordered a vegetarian noodle soup (ramen noodle) with extra egg and 3 pieces of vegetarian gyozas. The noodle was okay and the soup didn’t taste much. It was more or less bland. The gyozas, not bad 🏆, we liked it but it wasn’t more than a 6/10.

We ordered 2 small dish, 2 main course and 2 drinks (7 up and Hong Kong ice lemon tea) with a total of around €48

I had an horrible experience, not the first time but this time was over the top! Ordered online, the order was delivered after an hour. The delivery boy told me the bag broke during the trip, therefore things were not packed as usual...once I got in with the food however I realized that everything was cold and there was no more liquid in the soup. I had to warm stuff in microwave but the dumplings (especially fried ones) were so sticky that were basically inedible. I called the restaurant to complain and they offered to send me the soup again the day after. I was not happy but at least it was something... After 20 minutes the restaurant calls back to change their offer, the only thing they could do was to offer me a discount on the next order I would place with them....this did it. I will never order again from them and I really won't recommend it to anyone. It was not the first time service was not the best but previous times quality would make up for it. Very bad...
