I am milk intolerant so I asked if they have oat milk to add in the coffee instead of normal milk and they said yes. Then, I asked for an iced latte with oat milk and they told me they cannot make any iced latte with anything other than normal milk, (which felt somewhat logical to me as, perhaps, they used coffee powder or ready-made condensed liquid that they water down when served).
The lady explained she can only make a normal hot latter with oat milk, so I ordered that and I asked her to put some ice inside. She replied she could not do that, so I asked for some ice on a different cup. She explained she could not do that either which felt very weird to me. I instead drunk my coffee hot.
I asked for the WiFi password and the lady at the counter informed me they do no have WiFi for customers.
My overall experience was weird, as I cannot see why the lady refused my very simple requests for my order. Plus, a coffe shop/bakery not providing WiFi in the Netherlands (not even a pay-to-use network) is...
