Good food at a good price! What I enjoyed the most were the friendly service and the great atmosphere-to-price ratio. This spot feels more like a cozy restaurant than a typical Asian takeaway — nicely decorated with comfortable seating, which makes dining here pleasant. At the same time, prices remain fair. As for the food: It’s typical Vietnamese fare. The pho dishes are good (especially with beef rib), as are the noodles. If I could suggest improvements, I’d add more meat to the beef rib pho and make the noodle dishes a bit richer in flavor. The fresh spring rolls, however, were underwhelming: they could be juicier and contain more protein and vegetables, so I wouldn’t recommend those at this point. Vietnamese coffee was good, our filter was stuck a bit and it took us ages to get coffee ready. But it didn’t affect the taste. If you add condensed milk it will be at the bottom and not as a creamy foam which you often find in Vietnam. Overall: Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a cozy spot with a touch of Vietnamese atmosphere in NL. .

The place is the branch of the one in Wageningen and just open for 2 months. We tried the Fish soup noôdle (bun ca), grilled pork noodles and Bot chien (crispy fried rice cakes with omelette and pickles). The Bot chien is strongly recommended, the taste and texture is close to what you can have in Vietnam. This dish is not offered anywhere else as far as I know. The Bun ca was fine but the broth did not have a full seafood flavour I expected. I complemented the chef for the grilled tumeric marinaded fish fillet. It was tasty, though a bit salty, and was not fully suitable for this dish. The grilled pork noodles was quite a let down. The grilled pork was more like charsew meat, and lacked the crispy outer layer from the grilling. It was a pity because the rest of the dish was good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming although they are overwhelmed by the number of patrons and a bit slow to clear tables.

Terrible Terrible Terrible choice!!! I even start to hate myself after the food is served. Why would i choose this place. I ordered springrolls and pho xin chao. By looking at the picture you know these are two very poor small spring rolls not to mention not authentic. They tasted not good at all and over fired. I wouldn’t pay for 6.5 euro for that. As for the pho, i thought i had an upgrade version which should have more meat inside. It turns out there is only two slices of beef and one beef ball inside which is surprisingly less for this price!!! What do you do with the nornal version of pho, you don’t put meat inside????? How about called it vegetarian pho….. furthermore, the raw egg????? How on earth there is raw eggs in pho??? what a disappoint experience, waste of money, this place is totally overrated on google map

Firstly, I absolutely hate to leave a bad review, but unfortunately our experience did not live up to the expectations set by the reviews we’d read previously.

They got our order wrong and brought me beef instead of the tofu I’d ordered. As we are both vegetarian, we couldn’t eat this so I went to speak to the lady at the till to let them know about the mistake. They insisted we ordered beef and that it was our mistake so if I wanted the tofu I’d need to order and pay for another meal.

I’m honestly not sure how they confused beef with tofu but they were both just so stand-offish and unaccommodating it really left a bad taste. I even asked if they could take the beef off for me and put tofu on instead but they refused unless I paid for another meal.

Instead I ended up having to awkwardly watch my partner eat his meal so at least that didn’t go to waste, then go elsewhere for my own lunch.

I’d avoid if you have dietary requirements unless you like spending money on a meal you...

The service was terrible, we arrived early with another Asian family behind us in the line. For some reason all the tables after us got their food served first even though we ordered the exact same, I assume because they thought we were Asian tourists and wouldn’t come back so they didn’t care to serve us decently. We had to chase the server to get our order taken, after an hour I had to ask if we could get our drinks and if our food would arrive soon (4 tables that ordered after us got their food before us). After that I had to ask them if we could get tissues and utensils.

When the food arrived we thought the quality of the food might make up for the frustration but sadly that wasn’t the case. The food was very underwhelming and just added up to this bad experience. It was clear the other Asian family shared the same sentiment.

We were very excited reading all the reviews but ended up leaving sad with the way we were treated, hopefully this isn’t a...
