Yesterday afternoon I went to the subway with my family, Omg worse customer service by the lady who was talking our order. I wish I could give her zero star. She was so rude, we ordered four foot long veggie patty subway. After the bread and cheese selection other staff member was going to do salad's for us and my sister politely ask please change the gloves as we ordered vegetarian subway. That member of staff was happy to do that but that lady said to the other staff no need to change the gloves. And her attitude was so bad.she was acting like she was doing us a big favor, so we decided not to continue our order and we left the store. We went to other nearest subway at great south road near Manukau mall and the staff was so amazing they took our order and everything went smoothly. We shared our experience with them about lambie drive subway and they laughed and they said it's not the first time a customer told us about their bad experience at lambie drive subway. At the end I just want to say good luck to the owner of lambie drive subway because he is loosing his business every day because of his staff attitude and I hope the owner will try to teach them about good...

Usually I don’t put review even if the taste is bad or service is bad but this time I just thought I would share my experience as it was terrible anthway staff behaved. I ordered subway footlong veggie patty, everything was going good until the salad part came. I requested one of team member to please change the gloves if possible as I am vegetarian and she was serving meat with the same gloves. The lady agreed with the smile but the lady beside her said in a very rude tone that just for your information this is all cross contaminated and there is nothing called purely vegetarian. May be what said is right but the way she said did not felt right at that moment. She was loud and I find her rude as well, that’s not how the customers are treated. The lady beside her was sweet she insisted that if she could make me new subway but it was all okay for me as I didn’t wanted the food to be wasted. I understand she can have a bad day or she must be really busy throughout the day but being rude is not the solution. I wish she could have said same thing in cheerful manner or at least in a bit...
Read moreThis location has become one of the worst subway locations. If you can avoid this branch and go to another one I would highly recommend that you do so.
Today’s experience in particular was baffling. Firstly, this branch prioritised online orders. There were 3 staff members working today. Two of which looked like there were assigned to a catering order and the other lady was instructed to deal with the instore customers, there were about seven of us waiting in line for an absurd amount of time waiting to be served.
The two staff members who were focused on the online orders had their subs spread out all over the bench to the point where the one lady who was serving the rest of us had to squeeze between them to even get our sub onto the bench.
You can tell that the staff members don’t get along as they were making mean comments about each other under their breath. Highly inappropriate.
This branch used to be our go to, however, it has become extremely unorganised, the service is terrible and it feels hostile.
After reading a couple other reviews, they all sound similar. Avoid this location...
