Domino's Pizza Point Chevalier — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

Please be aware of ordering from here, we ordered a couple of traditional pizzas with a few sides via online for pick up. Timeframe on order was good, just wonder why such a short timeframe 7mins? Ok, so when we arrived back home, opened the pizza boxes, we just realized by the looks of the pizza, it looked liked what we ordered looked a lot like the $5/$6 pizzas from the value range but with the extra toppings to make it look like the traditional pizzas we ordered which was not what we expected. Have a look at the pics attached. You’ll see the meat lovers pizza looked like the value beef and onion pizza, and the creamy chicken mushroom pizza with no chopped spring onions looked like the cheesy garlic pizza, notice the difference, it’s just the toppings from the traditional pizzas slopped on top of the value pizzas. It felt like we’ve been ripped off, some sort of con going on there. Just be careful when it comes to ordering the traditional or gourmet pizzas online or in store, it may look too good to be true. I went there last night after 10, they are normally friendly,and like always depends on who's doing ur pizza, how good it is,and they do have some awesome staff there!..However!!!,this guy, i haven't seen before, didn't seem like he wanted to be there, he takes his time,but that's not the point of this 1star review!!! He takes an order over the phone, types something on the keyboard, jumps on his smart phone(speaking Indian), this is like about 3/4mins after I've ordered, touch's the his shirt a couple of times,then goes and starts making a pizza! Without changing his gloves!!!!!! I say is that my pizza?, luckily he says no,I said I want him to change his gloves when he starts my1, and he lies and says he already did!!! I tell him I was watching, and I know he didn't!!!,i know all about food safety and I will talk to his boss,so he does change it, but looks a bit salty about it., I was standing there watching him the hole time!!! We waited for over an hour for our pizzas and then phoned to see where they were. Nothing on app to indicate it was coming or on its way. I phoned them amd after 6 attempts and a wait time of 7 mins, I finally get through and the manager said the delivery guy had come, but there was no one there and they had an incorrect ph number so he just left?!? They then proceeded to deliver the same order, and the delivery guy yet again couldn’t find our address, even though it’s very very clear and we have a glowing number outside our front gate. We finally get our food after multiple phone calls (he had gone down a wrong driveway again! … obviously cannot read house numbers correctly). I then try to phone up to complain as this is unacceptable and they have not picked up after 6 times! The worst pizza and service I have ever had in my life. Very disappointing team!...
