Domino's Pizza Addington — Restaurant in Christchurch

All around bad experience. There was a number of issues with the food we ordered tonight. Products were missing, Pizzas were burnt, and other products that were out of stock in store. These products were substituted without asking our opinion despite the fact that we were waiting in store for the duration that the order was cooking. I rang the store after getting home in hopes of a small partial refund or a voucher code to reorder these products at a different store (at a later date) however was told that wasn't an option as the store is not franchise owned. The staff member taking orders in store was nice however was wearing airpods while working and had to ask a number of customers to repeat themselves as he was unable to hear what they were saying, rather uprofessional. My order was delayed by 10 minutes before they started preparing it. Orders placed after mine were started and completed before mine had been started. Eventually I grew tired of waiting and asked what the hold up was, the staff member at the front counter cited "opening a can of pineapple" as the reason for the 10 minute delay and priority of later orders. i don't know something about it just doesn't taste as good anymore, im not the only one whos noticed as well (possibly the sauce) have come back for repeat business in the hopes it would have just been a once off but its happened on more then one occasion, good if you like the taste but its just not the same lately. still as always hot and fresh

come back to my review as wanted to add some more, ive gone back again and ordered tonight, i went in and saw my order sitting on the warmer shelf and no workers came to ask for my name or if they could help me or anything, i came in with my 2 year old and felt completely invisible. one worker came up to the cash register and didn't make eye contact with me or asked if i wanted to order anything, i was standing there waiting for an amount of time for someone to talk to me so i could get my families dinner and go. im changing my rating to 2 star because it wasn't very pleasant being in view of the workers but not served or spoken to when i went in and stood...

Wow, just wow. Never had this much bad experience with Dominoes before. Ordered through delivery, told it was delivered twice when it was not, I called in store twice and the manager said the delivery driver left ages ago. Finally, after an hour and a half it arrived.

Thats not even the most dissapointing part. Garlic bread look like it had been on and was burnt. The two pizzas we ordered were so stale and completely cold to the point it almost broke my tooth when biting into it. We ordered pan pizzas but didnt get the correct base. Ordered 20 southern bites and got 8, old cold wings instead with no sauce. The toppings looked as if it was all thrown in the center of the pizza so half of the pizza didnt have toppings.

I understand it was busy and they were backed up, but that shouldnt mean you do half of your job, and not think twice about what you are really willing to give to the customers. Its very occasional we order out, and usually other Dominoes are amazing, but this was so extremely...
