Ordered through their kiosk for a wicked wing bucket, large tub of coleslaw and large tub of gravey. I found out that the tub of gravey was missed out when I was driving home. Called their number and spoke to their staff and was told that i have to go back to get the gravey or if i wanted a refund. I think it's not fair for the customer to waste their time and petrol to go back and fix a problem that they caused. The chicken pieces weren't fresh, particularly the drum that looked so dry it was half the size it should be. The burgers were terrible - dry, old chicken used and a few TINY pieces of lettuces, so the burger basically had no lettuce, and definitely had NO red onion. This is lazy and careless by the staff.
