Went here for a late breakfast with my wife, because a while ago I had absolutely amazing scrambled eggs here, but we certainly won't be coming back.

First of all, the cups are filthy. The cup they brought with my tea was visibly dirty. When I asked for a clean cup, I was given a cup that seemed to be hot straight out of the dishwasher, but still had stains. The little dish for the tea bag had stains. The tea pot had stains. The cup with my wife's coffee had stains. The "clean" glasses for water were actually dirty with many of them covered in dried splashes of some browhish water. Revolting.

And then the food came out and it turned out they undercooked my wife's eggs benedict and the egg whites were liquid. My scrambled eggs were absolutely overcooked, on the other hand. On our request they replaced her meal with another portion of overcooked scrambled eggs, but they were neither enthusiastic nor apologetic doing it. Whoever is cooking for them also has no idea how to grill tomatoes or bacon. Tomatoes were burned on the skin side, but otherwise not cooked at all. When my wife requested them to be properly grilled considering they're replacing her food anyway, the staff member just kept saying "oh, but they are cooked!" And the bacon that came with my scrambled eggs was absolutely scorched.

I wouldn't have bothered to complain about overcooked food or grilled tomatoes not being up to standard, but the state of the cups and raw eggs are absolutely...

The service this morning was quite slow, and it felt like we were overlooked. We had ordered a chocolate fondue for two which was around $32, and after waiting for about 15-20 minutes, the server informed us that strawberries were unavailable and offered more of the other fruits. Then, after another 10-15 minutes, I approached the desk to check on our order. The staff told me our food had been sitting on the counter and just needed to be brought to us. It arrived right after, which made us feel like we had been forgotten.

To make matters worse, the chocolate was no longer warm, and the selection of fruits was disappointing, had seeds/canned fruit with about 5 marsh mellows. It would have been helpful if the server had informed us about the strawberries at the beginning, as it would have set clearer...

Earlier today I went to the chocolate lounge and had probably the worst experience ever! I ordered a Ham and Cheese croissant and a drink. The server came over with an almond croissant, I said to him this is not what I ordered and he yes I'll replace it but you have to pay an additional dollar. I waited for 10 minutes for my croissant to come out, when it came out it was raw. I went up the the counter and said this is raw and they were like no its not after I showed them what I meant they offered to replace it, I said no thank you I'd like a refund because they messed up twice now. They said sorry I could only give you half a refund. This food is over priced and bad. They don't give good customer service as why would you give a customer raw food and only allow to give only...
