Following Lisa smiths post I would like to publicly make it aware that I was that ā old ladiesā sister who witnessed this take place and what Lisa has said is completely wrong. I spoke to this old lady and she was crying because she had a bad day and somebody pushed in front of her in line. That is not staffs fault. She told me she has no complaints with the staff there and that everyone was lovely to her. She was upset because of there customers not directed at staff whatsoever. She got her coffee and was a happy lady. Lisa smith you obviously misunderstood that situation completely or are changing the story to fit as that did not happen, I appreciate the concern for elders and unfortunately stuff like that doesnāt probably happen but accusing muffin break staff or something I even saw they didnāt do is not okay. I heard the staff and all they did was help direct her to the line as she was standing in the served line and didnāt know.
