Very upset over my experience. My friend and I went in for bbq however changed it to an early karaoke session. We ordered food and was charged $77.50. We ordered the chicken ($26), soju ($17), x2 rice ($3) and grape soda ($5.50). The chicken was brought first and we waited for the rest to arrive. After waiting for ages my friend asked the staff where the rest of the food was. The waiter said that we only ordered the chicken and the rice and the soju and grape soda. She did a random calculation in front of us and made it total to $77.50 and said we were mistaken. We were confused and went home and did the calculation and looks as they had cheated us. Looking to confront them about it the next day. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a receipt. :(
Issue resolved I called the restaurant to resolve the issue and also went in person. The staff mentioned there was some confusion—they believed we had confirmed receiving the pork dish. However, during both our previous visit and the phone call, they stated that we hadn’t ordered it and that they had already reviewed the receipt. It’s unclear why there was so much back-and-forth, but in the end, I was refunded the $23 for the pork dish.
Note: Always keep a copy of your receipt to avoid this kind of confusion.

We were very disappointed with our visit. The restaurant opens at 5pm, and we arrived shortly after at 5:08. At 6:53, the waitress came over and abruptly told us we had only 3 minutes left. She then rudely turned off the gas while our meat was still raw on the pan, saying they had other guests coming at 7pm.
While the food itself was quite good, lots of hot food options, and I especially enjoyed the prawns and beef tongue, it definitely needs time to cook properly. My friend and I (two women) came for Korean barbecue buffet, but we left still hungry and ended up getting dessert elsewhere afterward.
This place might be better suited for big groups gathering. If you’re a party of two, I wouldn’t recommend it. We were seated right by the entrance, which was uncomfortable every time the door opened, cold wind came in constantly. Even though we booked in advance, we got that spot, and the larger table next to us stayed empty the entire time. When we asked to move, we were told they were fully booked.
Overall, the food was decent, but the rushed and impolite service really ruined the experience and we won’t...
