St Pierres Sushi & Bento Bowl (South City) — Restaurant in Christchurch

I just walk in begain to pick up a rice ball and a tray of teriyaki chicken on rice I then went to the checkout and asked if they did half sushi rolls ,another lady behind the counter slammed her knife down started talking in her language and began to yelling.the younger lady behind the counter grinning and snicking so I know the other lady was being disrespectful .she Slammed down some glad wrap half-pie wrapped the role and then threw it into the bag at a distance and waved her hand in like A “get out motion”. I will not be coming back, I will not be recommending this place to anyone else and this is funny because there is another sushi establishment...

Pretty darn good place, have eaten at both the sushi and bento bowl counters and they're both good. Today had a bento bowl with Japanese curry. Was pretty good, especially since generally I'm not a fan of chicken. "Combo" addition to the meal was not spectacular, a tiny coke bottle for $3 extra. But hey, it is what it is. Would definitely return. (no combo next...

VEGETARIANS BEWARE I brought a 'tofu' dragon roll, packet had a big vegetarian sticker on it. After eating a couple of pieces I realised it was chicken. Was given a refund, however did not help me feeling very ill as my body doesn't process meat well after not eating it for years. I used to love this sushi shop but will never be...
