Teasme South City — Restaurant in Christchurch

There's one lady that's absolutely amazing at her work and super friendly - she deserves 5/5 (I wish I knew her name). But there's this other lady who acts like she doesn't want to be there with bad attitude, makes you wait, and gives you a SMALL fraction of add ons that you PAY for... This isn't the first time, hence why I am now leaving a review, because this isn't how to run a business, let alone a face to face business. Also, if you are going to continuously charge for up size, then the add ons suchs as pearls/jelly should also be up-sized - logically. She doesn't even give you a good amount (again SMALL fraction) when you order a regular size. Hence why I thought up - size would be better? Instead I paid extra for liquid and still a stingy amount of pearls. If you compare this with church corner, they literally give you double pearls/jelly no extra charge, and have great customer service. Now whenever I see that specific person working, I don't even enter the shop. What's the point? Waste of money, and having to deal with someone who hates customers. The store is let down by the service. I've been there for teapots and it's ok if you want to serve yourself. They have a good list of teas but are over priced. The advertising in the posters is misleading. If you order the drink (coconut trees) in a big poster by the door you'll get your drink missing ingredients. When I clarified that at the counter and before paying I changed my order but the attendant still wanted to charge me for the first one. Follow-up to the owner reply saying staff were only in the bathroom at 4:30. Either your staff are lying to you or you're attempting to fabricate a story here. I can categorically confirm, and had another person with me who will also be happy to confirm with a negative review, that the store was being shutdown when we visited. The internal entrance from the mall was blocked, and the external door was shut with closed sign facing out.
