Symrose's SuperFresh (65 Victoria Street) — Restaurant in Christchurch

They have no time management skills They accept order on Uber eats and delays 40 to 50 minutes And it’s hard to plan something when the person you order food with have taken 40 minutes extra then first given time and you can’t cancel the order because you wont get your money back and it has happened multiple times.

There are restaurants with staff and owner being more courteous and skilled

Sometimes food quality be like that they have bought the frozen mix from Indian grocery store and literally warmed it up And give you four triple the price of what they would’ve paid

If you want better value for your time and a bit better quality food then just acceptable I would say go somewhere else or Make noodles because a lot of skills requires behind doors to run the business

There seems to be another review similar to this so I’m just wondering how many people don’t bother to leave a review because it requires signing in and all those things And time but they don’t seem to care anyway

Check out other places because I will not be going there again unless there is no more food left in the world

Waited more than 30 mins for the food and when asked in the counter, the lady responded quite rudely. Worst customer service, I’ll give less than 1 star. Highly disappointed.

Nobody waits in the restaurant for more than half hour to get the food, there were one other customer apart from us, anyway it’s better to stop giving excuses and try to provide the best customer service you can. The lady’s response wasn’t kind enough, I pay and eat and if I have time to post a review then you should know the service should have been very bad. This place might be easy to miss even thought it is big and exactly in front of Christchurch casino. But if you are looking for comfort, cheap and tasty Indian food just go in there and order whatever. We were looking for Indian Chinese but apparently they do just Indian snack and other items. And they sell Indian snack too.

We got the vegetarian thali which was the best decision. Best part was 4 chapati (proper Indian roti). I would say it was very good quantity and really tasly food that reminded me of my home.
