Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

Wow, where to start? Ok, all the staff were terrible. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst each other rather than serving customers. Now Im not an impatient sort, & if I can see staff are overwhelmed Im happy to wait!!! BUT after standing at the counter for an excess of 5 minutes waiting to be served without an acknowledgement and the line slowly piling up behind me, I ended up calling for assistance and insisted on being served. It was at this point I was shocked to over hear one of the indian girls with long hair (when it should be in a hair net) refer to me as being a prick in her native tounge (hindi). Now I may not look indian, but my partner is and Im pretty fluent. I had ordered and paid online, and knowing that there was a slim chance at getting a refund, I bit my tongue (hard). BUT wait there is more. I made my order to be picked up at 2pm... I didnt walk out of there until 2.40pm AND my pizza(s) were F#*ken burnt... Not happy. Never again at that place when they have staff with such suckful self righteous attitudes. Hire better staff who actually want to work and give...

I walked to order & the employee at the counter was scratching their beard & wiping their hand across their nose vigorously!!! Then touching the order screen & repeat, I found this disgusting & it really put me off!!

I then asked if the manager was there & they replied stating that they were the manager!! I mentioned this & they said that they would wash their hands but straight after they said this... back to scratching & wipping vigorously it was.

Now foe what I know, if a person like this needs to itch & scratch... they will do so even after washing their hands plus I can't see them after they leave the counter so I chose to not order & leave the store which the manager showed no regards to & I couldn't even leave a formal complaint because it was the manager doing so...

DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUTT HENDERSON!!

I ordered from Te Atatu South Domino's straight after & customer service was amazing!! Pizza was amazing & they were revolted to hear about my experience at Pizza hutt!!!

Ordering Pizza in Lockdown. I had decided some years back to avoid Pizza hut after a number of unpleasant experiences, but in a hurry when someone in the house demanded Pizza I ordered from them.

Mistake. There was a reason for the earlier ban.

Food Quality - minus 2 points (3.0 points) Pizza is one of those iconic foods that most people will eat in one form of another.

Not this time.

The so-called marguerita pizza actually had a small lake of fluid on the top of it. I think this was juices that had been extruded by the spinach. The pizza was soggy and most of this ended up in the fridge.

The chicken something pizza was edible, but tasteless. The three year old managed to get a piece down though, on the upside.

Ordering system - minus one point (2.0 points) I had to go around a few times in order to figure out how to drive it, and in the end just grabbed something to be free. It was like a bad dream of being trapped in Pizza Hut lockdown; you would do anything...
