Food was yummy, the place looks chick great set-up. I gave 2 star for the service based on our experience, we arrive pass 7pm and the staff doesn't look like wants to approach us or its just me i don't know. Anyway, i never heard the staff greets us, staff just told us all in the conveyor is $4.50 and told us where to sit. Okay so that's great cheap price for a sushi, then we notice they rarely top-up the conveyor and it just 7pm hmmm then there's more customer that came-in and same scenario. We heard the other customer ask the staff if they are still cooking or are they gonna top-up the food cause yeah its just dinner time and it says on the door they close at 9pm. So, what happened was if you want to order you request from staff and the chef will make it for you. My partner was looking for menu of drinks too but only food menu displayed on the table. So he needs to go to the counter to buy a drink. Also, we where looking for water maybe it was a self service, maybe, no idea. Cause we saw other table staff took order from table and served drinks.. hmmm.okay. To add: no staff approach us during our meal, ask us we need anything a food to order or a drink. Only one staff went to our table when they saw we're standing haha need to count plates cause its payment time. Not much food selection on the conveyor sushi train by 7pm Sunday night. This was our first time to eat here hope...

This sushi train spot in Westgate is always busy, especially with families and groups - it’s clearly a local favourite.

I came here today with my parents, who love this place and already know all the best things to order.

We started with the fried chicken nuggets, they were super crispy and a great way to kick things off.

Ordering was easy with the QR code on the table. We got a good mix: some fresh salads, a sushi set, a sashimi set, and a big bowl of udon to share.

The sashimi was probably the highlight - really fresh, nicely presented, and the pieces were surprisingly generous. We enjoyed every bite. The udon was also a perfect way to wrap up the meal - warm, hearty, and satisfying.

The vibe here is really friendly and relaxed. It’s a bit pricier than some other sushi train places, but the quality makes it totally worth it.

Definitely recommend if you're looking for solid sushi in West Auckland.

♿Found this place through Google search. Amazing place as you enter in. The first thing that caught my eyes👀 was the sushi dishes on a moving conveyor contraption. As I came in a waitress took me to a seating place for 2. We were given a menu to order.📋. Which you can order off menu and also the sushi is on a conveyor belt . Also order off code from your table. Now if you haven't been here before like myself I asked staff how the food items🍤🍙 on the conveyor belt worked🤔. We were told the price of each dish was colour coded according to each plate. Have a look at the video clips I shot.📲 The price tag was sitting on the coloured plates .. if a cheese cake slice was on purple plate then you would pay 💳for that amount when you leave to pay your bill.
