I had a bad experience with their service yesterday with the lady in maroon uniform claiming to be a manager. How could someone be a manager with poor costumer service approach. I hope the owner will take a look on this, his business might at risk due to those kind of service that they offer. I ordered fried rice, and she asked me if hot or spicy . I responded no spice at all. (I’m having gastritis that time, I was from night shift and had a whole day training after that) btw, it’s take away order. So I ate in my car, and noticed that it’s spicy and decided to return it back to them and explained what I have ordered and I clearly mentioned that “not spicy”, and this lady in maroon uniform wasn’t even empathetic when I explained to her about what I’ve experienced. She’s so arrogant the way she approached me, she said “what can we do?” . I was like “what?” She didn’t even acknowledge what I felt about the food, not even apologetic on her facial expressions and can’t even give me some amendments. Is this what manager is, that Doesn’t know about basic costumer service approach be like? My dear, I’m not trying to be relevant here, I’m just disappointed, It was supposed to be a comfort food for me and turned out to be nightmare because of how you’d handle the situation. I hope you could put little bit of smile on your face and some empathy...
Read moreFood Chicken: Completely missed the mark. It was dry, almost comically so, as if it had been sitting out for far too long. Instead of juicy protein, it felt like chewing old leftovers.
Soup/Broth: Flat and uninspiring. Rather than a rich, aromatic Thai broth, it tasted more like instant noodles (Indomie vibes), lacking the complexity of lemongrass, galangal, and spice that makes Thai soups stand out.
Authenticity: Nowhere close. It didn’t taste like proper Thai cooking, more like a shortcut version dressed up as the real thing.
Service & Atmosphere Staff were fine, and the space itself was enjoyable, which saved the experience from being a total loss.
A disappointing meal, overrated restaurant: dry chicken, instant-noodle-level broth, and nothing authentically Thai about it. The only saving grace was the view and the sitting environment. Food-wise, it falls under average, and it’s hard to recommend coming back.

Read moreOrdered foor for takeaway. Picked up myself. I ordered two dishes costing $55 which to me is expensive. I asked for a Thai hot dish and a mild dish. Picked up took food home. The dish I ordered was bland no seasoning and no spice - this should have been the Thai hot meal. Not a chili insight. The other dish was ok but had an over whelmingly fish taste ( too much fish sauce)
I rang an immediatley told them of the error in which i was told"what do you want me to do about it bring you chili's, and an excuse that they were very busy " I expressed my un happiness with the meal and that i had paid $55 for something that was not correct. The man on the phone proceeded to then say he would give me a voucher and for me to email him to get the voucher. The voucher never came. Dissapointing as the first time i went here the meal good. However will go back to Mali Thai in the city. Food taste like authetic food from Thailand and the...
