Peking duck is very good. The downfall was the price is quite overpriced, $8 for some lettuces and the three-course peking duck is somewhat quite expensive.
However, the BBQ pork fried rice was not the best. Too much rice and little meat so dragged the BBQ pork fried rice quality down. The pork that was in the fried rice was not the best also.
The wait time was acceptable. There were little customer service and the workers seemed disinterested in serving customers. When we asked for soup for the fried rice they refused to give us and the attitude was not accommodating at all. They used a "question" approach, like "do you understand there is no soup comes with the fried rice?" This is definitely not appropriate for hospitality business, especially because the female worker said it rudely to my family. I understand you do not provide a complimentry soup with the fried rice, but there are many better ways to express this. The atmosphere is quite noisy. I have been there several times but have had a couple of issues however.
Only one staff speaks resonably good english which can make communication with other staff members a little difficult. I believe the owner was also in the News due to not paying staff mimimum wage and also not checking visas to ensure staff are eligble to work in NZ so make of that what you will.
Another issue I have had is recieveing uncooked chicken in one of our dishes. The owner didnt really seem to care all that much when questioned about it and with my partner being pregnant at the time I was not impressed. He did however offer to take it off the bill and brought us another dish of the same thing and an extra one after some protesting from me and the company we were with.

Also only one dish was arrived when ordered two and charged for 2 dishes via UBER app (after waiting 1 hour for the meal to arrive). Rang the owner and says it's their fault pressing the wrong button on app and told me to sort it out with UBER. Also they admitted that they didn't check the food in the bag compared to the UBER order receipt before handing it over to the driver. The owner says the restaurant is closing so further delivery can't be made.
I am very concerned that they dont check the condition of the food and items of the order with due diligent before handing over to the 3rd party takeaway driver.
