Terrible - If I could give a negative star rating I would!
40mins after making a online delivery order I received a notification (txt) telling me my order was on its way. I checked the link provided (via web browser) only to show me the order hadn't moved from the store. Several seconds later I then got another notification (txt) telling me that the order had arrived. I checked the map again and the pizza order had disappeared and it just said my order had been delivered? As you can imagine, I was a little taken aback. So, I walked outside thinking the map website was broken only to discover the order had not arrived. Moments later I received a very garbled call from the delivery driver telling me the order would be 3-4 mins away.
5 mins later the driver arrived with our order... but the order was incomplete. The driver asked if we would like the missing part of the order or if we required a voucher/credit note. We requested the missing part to our order and he said he would return in 5 mins with said missing part.
Once we opened the pizzas we we very disappointed... the pizzas were clearly burnt and all were cold!!!
I then made 8 calls to the PizzaHut store to try and make a complaint and to asked for new pizzas as these were inedible. None of the calls were answered and disconnected automatically after about 60 seconds due to them not being answered (timed out I guess). So, I then made another 5 calls to the delivery drivers cell phone before he finally answered on the 6th attempt. I was then told the missing part of the order "would be five mins away". I then asked the driver to get the store manager to give me a call as I wanted to make a complaint and at that point (40mins after the cold burnt pizzas had arrived, the missing part of the order was still not delivered) I still have not had a call from the store manager - several days later.
The total cost of the order was just under $100 and the only thing that were eaten were 5 chicken tenders (which were also lukewarm when delivered) but we warmed them up in the microwave. The pizza were thrown away as they were very burnt and not worth trying to warm up.
I emailed Pizza Huts head office only to get a standard "we are very sorry" BS email with a disgusting offer of $30 as an apology.
We've been ordering from Pizza Hut (Glenfield Mall) for years, but now this new Northcote store is technically closer to our home, all online orders go to this terrible store.
If we ever want pizzas from Glenfield Mall we now have to order them as a "pickup only" as there is no way to override the auto store selections for delivery!
I hope this store gets shut down as they are useless and then we can go back to using the far far better Pizza Hut...

Placed the order online just before 8pm for pick up at 8.15pm. Drove down at the pick up time and was told that they had tried calling me (I never recieved anything) to let me know that my order was going to be 15 minutes late, almost doubling our order time.
I head home as the place is cold and has nowhere to sit to wait out the extra 15 minutes. After waiting, I call them to confirm so im not wasting my time driving down there to be turned away again, and get told that my order hasn't actually started, and is going to be yet another 15 minutes away. The brilliant solution I'm given is to instead go and pick my order up from a completely different store. I tell the employee that this is unacceptable and to cancel my order, and am assured that my order will ready in another 15 minutes and he won't cancel my order.
I head back to the store, now 45 minutes after ordering and ask to pick up my order. They say no problem and charge my card for it without mentioning anything. Surprise surprise, it's still not ready, and has only just entered the oven. I wait the extra 10 minutes for them to make my order since ive paid and cant leave, and they try to give me (presumably) 45 minute old fries which I make them remake.
I return to home and find that they've failed to add the chocolate drizzle to the kitkat tear and share.
Do not order from here unless you want slow (if any) service, old food, and wrong orders. You have been warned. Ive added the order receipt and bank charge to show the ludicrous amount of time it took them to make a basic order, along with what our miserable looking tear and share...
Read moreWould give 0 stars if possible. Ordered today as part of the $2 special for a large pizza for the company I work with. I was grossly overcharged with little to no explanation, and an exorbitant wait time (told 10 minutes, waited 30+) only to receive the incorrect items.
Worst part was, the garlic bread was mouldy - picture attached. When my colleague took it back, she was confronted by all 3 employees, before they cooked FOUR new garlic breads, with each single one being mouldy, which clearly speaks to their health code. They also refused a full refund, and would not acknowledge that I had been overcharged in the first place.
I would warn anyone who intends to order here to inspect their food before leaving, and to be cautious of anything they store in the refrigerators. They do not have adequate food checking processes - if 4 consecutive garlic breads were mouldy I would imagine there were many other similar scenarios....
