Major mistake coming in here. We were very hungry and looking forward to a wonderful meal. The service was horrible, I called, booking out table for 8 people but the guy didnt even ask for my name and ask me if I have booked a table under which name when we got there. Had to wait 40 mins to get served with our entrees(mainly chips and skewers) and an hour for meals which basically are just burgers, salad and some chicken wings. If they could have told us the first place that it would take that long, we could have gone somewhere else. They also have a very misleading promotion, $15 lunch promotion that they dont apparently do today but the sign was what you can see first thing by the front door. The prawn salad that costs $22 has only two pieces of prawn, and the chips were stale. The manager was nice to offer free drinks and get the salad for free (at least) as well when we complained but the other staff were so rude in our face to even said a**hole loud enough for us to hear, but we’re too tired to even complain and argue more. We just wanna get out of there as soon as we can and...

I'm disgusted at the managers behavior at backyard bar. Why advertise your business on first table if you loathe the people who use it? We felt humiliated by her loudness pointing out all the dishes we had ordered were not included and she sarcastically suggested we "pay full price like everyone else" then she told us off for not reading the fine print even though I was apologetic for my mistake and happy to pick something else. I was kind to her out of fear she might do something to my food. My husband was furious and wanted to leave but we promised our kids fun on the playground. To make things worse the steak was rubbery and hard to chew and the ribs tasted microwaved. When it was time to pay I was told I had to purchase two more drinks as my 4 and 6yr old only had water. I'd already spent $18 on an aperol spritz served in the smallest wine glass I've ever seen....

Not great sorry guys. We did have a big table and they were busy so we were understanding to a point but our food took close to an hour if not longer, then it arrived cold, but we were so starving we ate our cold chips and steak. They didn't bring my kids pizza so had to ask for that and was told the first one was burnt so the kids got their food last (rookie hospo mistake) No dressing on the colslaw that came with the ribs, it didnt say ribs with a side of cabbage🧐 lastly my friend ordered a salad with his steak which arrived after we had all finished eating. Not one apology from any staff member and no one asked us how our meal was probably because they were scared we would be honest 😂 while im at it I would lose the mustard pannacota on the steak which is served with your choice of sauce 🤷🏻‍♀️ whats the point of that cold jelly anyways? #shouldofgotarefund...
