Airport Kebabs & Pizza — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

I wish there was negative star rating. Worst in the town. Service lady was rude and in denial. Served me burnt and dull food and agrued when i asked about it. DON'T RECOMMEND. THERE ARE WAY BETTER PIZZA AND KABAB PLACES. DON'T GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Two small pizza with chips was $35 and when i asked why such bad pizza she said it was how her customers liked it. Asked me " have u eaten pizza before" ? lol yes, i have and they had way better taste than urs!

I read through all the reviews and some of her responses to bad reviews are so rude. First learn how to take food critics and feedback. Am sure she is going to have some snarky response to my review as well.

Any good food should taste good and not BURNT nevertheless how long it was left outside 🤔 😅 plus as i told u me it took me time getting home in the traffic before i opened everything. But hey whatever helps you sleep at night. And yes i did order from u guys before but obviously either it was a past management by the looks of it or there was a more understanding and well mannered person behind the counter because they had kind and soft spoken customer service skills unlike now.

I only spoke the truth ✌️ Seems like someone needs to take care of themselves now instead of telling everyone else that we have some sort of problems with us. Lol maybe u were too anygry to listen I ALSO said in my initial complaint that ur food was dull, blend and that my kabab was burnt. But obviously u can't take a defeat. There are institute out there that will polish ur customers service skills and also teach u how to take criticism positively. Google it! 😆

While travelling on business, my wife and I wanted to get a pizza. Pizza is "our thing". This place was the nearest that wasn't one of those dreadful chains. It was handy. It was open. Wondered how it got the A rating from Auckland Council, but I guess I have been in worse places. 3 kebabs 1 pizza ordered, those with kebabs found meat dey and theres not much salad option. Cheese pizza was absolutely disgusting even kids wouldnt eat more then half a slice definitely didnt taste like a wood fired pizza.

Wife felt ill after her kebab, we def wouldnt go back again
