Dylan Jeanne's — Restaurant in Napier

Quickly became busy and with limited seating, but the food was extremely delicious.

The Double Double was full of sauce, the homemade pickle added a nice zing. The cheese was delicious and melty as well. While it may look like a small burger, it's very dense and full of food.

Chips are made fresh from freshly cut potatoes, but aren't served with sauce.

Some of our table's orders were messed up, items missed, wrong items, so it might be needed to do some table numbers, or provide the receipt with a number on it so it's easier to keep track of. I'd chock this down to teething issues and may not be reminiscent of your experience here. We were a table of 6, so perhaps this contributed to the confusion. The room is purely concrete, so some noise absorption on the walls and ceilings may be necessary as well.

At this time, it's still slightly hidden as there are no seats or signs outside, so it's important to be observant that they're here.

All in all, good food, but there's a bit of work to be done....

I was only in Napier for a day, and had to find the best burger joint in town. Dylan Jeanne's DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

Great team of staff, extremely welcoming and chatty, the burger was incredible!

So incredible, I had to go bust out my atomic genetic engineering kit from the boot of my car and clone myself a few times to enjoy the burger over on over in the short space of time I had.

The only downside to this trip here was that I only had enough DNA's and atoms in my kit to clone myself a handful of times, and theres only so much you can get away with before anyone notices anything strange going on. Great staff though, we all chatted away about burgers and cat memes for a bit.

Got away with it luckily being a quieter Tuesday night, and they promised to keep my secret within those...

Such amazing burgers, would rate them as being best in the bay and can't wait to see what the expanded menu has to offer....hopefully even a toastie challenge submission?

Customer service, well... If you can imagine being served by Monkey D. Luffy (hella of a compliment so please Mr Owner don't take offence). Really enthusiastic and loving having a yarn to all the customers, definitely something alot of hospitality establishments are missing and sets such a great vibe.

Giving atmosphere 5/5 as its only a soft opening so can't be judgemental.

Recommend that everyone gives them a go.
