Shop and service is good. As a fellow Malaysian, the chicken laksa can be improved. Too much coconut that it makes the "curry" more like gravy and thick. The roti canai was absolutely delicious, again the curry abit too much coconut. My response the the owner: First of all, I was born and raised in Malaysia for 30 years. So I know my country food very well. Locals wouldn't know what's the really taste of an authentic Malaysian food unless they've been to Malaysia. Looking at the way you respond to the reviews (to the people that paid to eat your shop food) shows how professional you are as an owner. Well, good luck to you šŸ‘šŸ¾

I’d been eager to try this place but hadn’t been able to visit on weekdays, so I was thrilled to see they’re now open on Saturdays! I tried the Malaysian Laksa, and it was fantastic – the broth was creamy, full of flavor, and packed with generous portions of chicken. I also had the chance to meet the chef, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m excited to come back and explore more of the menu, and I hope they consider adding more Malaysian favorites like Nasi Lemak šŸ› 🤤. Highly recommend!

Tried the roti canai with chicken curry. It’s a bit over priced for $25. Specially when the roti canai is a frozen one and not fresh made in store. Service was amazing and quick. There is room for improvement for the curry as well. All the best.

my reply to the owners : First of all I dint order uber. it’s the price that I paid in store. $25 for 3 pieces of frozen roti and curry? really?

You claim to be selling yummy home made food as per your google description.

Try the bellow restaurants that sells roti canai / kerala porotta that’s made instore everyday. Salt and Pepper, hamilton Kodurs Kitchen, Hamilton Kairali Restaurant, Auckland. the list goes on.

and yes my one star still stays as the value for money was one star out of 5 for the $$ that’s...

Yet to venture in for the in-store dinning experience but have recently discovered them on Uber eats running a promo so decided to give it a go. I enjoy the simple things done well, and this cafe succeeds in that. I love the Mac and cheese. I can’t tell you how difficult it is to buy a simple yet tasty Mac and cheese. Even more impressive that it’s not made from box mix or a sachet. I know Uber eats can be expensive for a small business to use but I would like to say that for me, it’s meant I can’t try different places in the cbd, and any that I enjoy are added to my list of where I prefer to go when in town with my family. Banana Blossom Cafe makes the cut for me. Worth...
