Crispy kebabs and burgers — Restaurant in North Island

First time coming in and I'm in love with this place!

My first impression of the place was that the building and its interior is so bright and welcoming. It was very cozy and made me really feel at home in a way.

The food is amazing, definitely worth it's price. Its only understandable that the current situations with covid have been affecting small businesses such as yours, so anyone who tries to say otherwise are just being cheap. I believe that the prices are fairly reasonable for the amount of time and effort your staff puts in to make top quality food (especially when it comes to authentic Turkish foods)

Moving on, the workers there are so kind and warm hearted. One thing I look for in a restaurant is a place with, happy welcoming staff and that is exactly what I recieved. Customer service was outstanding! One of the waitresses came to check up on me every few minutes as I was dining alone, not that I asked for it but it really meant alot to me personally. Unlike most restaurants I've visited in rotorua, they take complaints very professionally rather than taking them to heart and lashing out on the guests.

Of all experiences I've had at different restaurants, this place in particular is instantly my number 1. Hope to see this restaurant running for many years! 100% will be coming back again, and very very often too! only this time I'll bring a couple of friends and family members along :) iyi...

Came here the other day for dinner (21st Jan 2025). I am disappointed, I ordered my daughter the chicken nuggets and chips from the kids menu, she was already 2 nuggets in before I ate one and the nugget was absolutely off! Tasted foul!! I went back instore to inform them they sold us expired nuggets, I brought back the remainder to them, you could actually smell it when you split a nugget in half. She’s now food poisoned and been so sick and only 2 years old. While standing there instore, I noticed mould on the cheese slice in the cabinet which shows they just have poor food handling, hence why I feel the need to put a review in.

They did give me a refund for the meal for rectify the issue and the customer service from the young girl was great.

Since you’ve replied to my review I would like to say you have the wrong customer, this was not me.. I came in around 6pm on the date I specified. I was served by 2 young workers who were great. This is unprofessional on so many levels to be name calling and making rude comments towards to whoever the customer you are...

I first came here a few days ago, for a kebab to go, just choosing this place because of its convenient location downtown I was impressed by the friendliness of the owner, Mohammed, who's from Jordan. Also, he can speak several languages, including some French (actually the man is so smart that after just one short sentence I had said in English he could tell I was French!) When leaving he recommended me to come back another time to try his pasta As he sounded very confident about it, today I decided to come back to have dinner here, actually making a detour And it was a VERY good idea The chicken & mushrooms fettuccini (also known as Alfredo) is not just good, it's SUPER good, I really REALLY loved it!
