Went in at 9pm. Waited for 5 minutes inside to be served only to be told that the tills inside "weren't working", so had to go through the drive through. No chicken for burgers left, so had to have zinger patties, not my cop'o'tea, but what other choice did I have? Asked for large combos, got small. Waited in line for atleast 15 minutes. As we were waiting, noticed 2 people beginning to mop inside? Surely they could've been helping with the back log of orders in the "kitchen". (There must've been a back log, 2 cars in front of us in drive thru, and 2-3 more waiting in car park, plus the 3 other cars behind us) Too many times we visit this KFC and they have RUN OUT OF CHICKEN. I totally understand that is fast food, and you get what you pay for deal, but TO RUN OUT OF CHICKEN at KFC is somewhat mind blowing. No "bacon-mayo" on the stacker, if there was, couldn't see or taste it. Chips were raw and cold. I know this review will get " why didn't you take it back deal" but I had already been driving for hours, and kinda wanted to trust than an order in front of someone's eyes to be somewhat easy to follow (being a qualified chef myself). Small p & gravys and 3 small coleslaws (not mention it was forgotten from the order). The potatoes and gravy was not hot nor warm. It was cold. The service? I have no idea why there are ones walking around opening and closing the ovens, sitting around, asking where products are (perhaps they're new) just completely unorganized. I don't time how long we sat there. Health and safety š¤¦āāļø. One person wearing gloves whilst the rest just grabbing chicken, wiping their hands on their shirts and back to the food, to packing.
Referring back, my father was treated poorly. I dont care if you do not have experience in health or first aid. Please don't ever tell an elderly person to hurry up and place their order or hurry up and pay, and learn how to identify someone who is struggling to move due to a stroke.
That is not just to and for my father but every other elderly person/s using the drive through.

There was 5 cars ahead of us in the queue. We waited for 30 mins. When we got to the intercom I was asked to wait for a āmomentā. 5 mins later got asked to wait for yet another moment, when I asked whatās the hold up they asked me to wait for another moment. Frustrated with 3 kids in the car I asked to speak to the manager āHopeā who threatened to deny me service if Iām not patient.
I explained to her that weāve been waiting for 40 mins and thereās no queues inside the store. She did not offer an apology, just told me they are trying their best and they are understaffed and had ppl training. I kept observing them as they served me and they were just standing around waiting for food to come out. The manager hope was having a chat to who seemed to be the cook. She noticed I was looking so she wrapped my burger, I got my order and drove off.
