I initially at a sandwich at The Refinery in Paeroa, which was served on a milk baguette, which is the most delicious bread. We we're driving through Waihi when we saw an "Artisanal Bakery," sign and stopped to check it out as we're in search of the best baguette in Nz. As soon as we stepped inside we could smell the magic. We arrived late in the day, lots of things had sold out which is always a good sign. We went with the Milk Baguette as baguette is my girlfriend's favourite bread. She's had 1000s all over the world and said this is the best baguette she has ever tasted.
