Sadly had a bad experience. I ordered the bacon butty, extremely expensive for what you get, barely any bacon and quite dry. The sandwich was also super tough and overheated in the microwave. As I was eating it i could taste a really strong taste of rosemary that overwhelmed the dish eventually I almost choked on a big sprig of woody rosemary that was in the sandwich. Coffee was ok, slight bitter but ok. Cookie was yummy as. We were on our way to the beach so we didn't complain.
Edit to reply to Plan Bee. If you had been less defensive in your reply and more apologetic I may actually have returned. I am not a highly fussy person and I know what ciabatta is but it was super tough and there certainly was not 2 1/2 pieces of bacon nor was there aioli that I could taste maybe just not much or something. As for the rosemary, why put it inside the sandwich for someone to not see and choke on? I have got sight issues but rarely do I need to say anything, its a first for me. I am sorry you feel lambasted by my review but you have plenty of good reviews to keep you going. Perhaps try learn from this experience for the future, take the feedback and reflect rather that get...

Beef stew and vegetable soups were most welcome and ever so tastefully presented. It's great to experience a cafe where the food is so well crafted and the service is beyond what was anticipated. Plan B has now become our PLAN A when we are next...

🥪 The Reuben Sandwich – A Standout Dish
The Reuben sandwich at Plan Bee is nothing short of exceptional. Generously filled with tender corned beef, melted Swiss cheese, tangy sauerkraut, and a dollop of creamy 1000 Island dressing, all nestled between perfectly toasted rye bread. Each bite offers a harmonious blend of flavors that is both satisfying...
