Lunch on the second day of our trip was here. Maybe we're getting old but I felt the staff just seemed incompetent. We ordered our first drink at the bar, grabbed a couple of menus and thought we would sit upstairs as it might have been cooler to be told upstairs wasn't open and we couldn't go. That was ok so we found a table downstairs and as we were sitting down told we could in fact go upstairs if we wanted. We decided to stay downstairs as that seemed easier. We ordered our lunch and had another drink while we waited and waited and waited and waited for our meal to arrive. We both ordered naked burgers, which surprised the guy taking our order as he didn't seem to know that was an option on the menu. I had ordered a naked steak and mushroom burger and was expecting a piece of scotch fillet but got diced steak (not sure what it was) that was severely overcooked.
