What Fantastic Customer Service, less than 24 hours after placing my panic order, loads of small items included, my order arrives here in Gisborne. Obviously so very experienced dealing with panic shoppers like myself, personal contact 7am etc not a problem. To go right along with such fabulous customer service the products & range they offer is also fabulous. When I text to say thanks for such a fast pick, pack & delivery of my order ( which very often takes 2 weeks from Auckland), I so loved the humility offered, " we can't take credit for the courier service that's out of our hands, the order was our pleasure" Lovely Humble Owner/Operator here, so refreshing, such a pleasure. Very highly recommended. Kiwicakes has the best range of cupcake papers and icing nozzles I've come across on the New Zealand sites, and I really like the look of the cookie cutter selection as well.

Prices are competitive and the postage is reasonable as well.
