Title: "A Disastrous Experience - Never Coming Back!"

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting [Coffee Shop Name], and it was, without a doubt, the worst coffee shop I’ve ever set foot in. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was anything but welcoming. The place was dimly lit, with an unpleasant odor that made me question the cleanliness of the establishment.

The service? Absolutely abysmal. The barista seemed completely disinterested, barely acknowledging my presence. When I finally managed to place my order, it took an unreasonably long time to get my coffee, despite there being hardly any other customers.

And the coffee… I wish I could say it was worth the wait, but it was an utter disaster. My cappuccino tasted like it had been brewed from the bottom of the pot, bitter and burnt, with a texture that was more like sludge than a smooth, creamy coffee. The milk was poorly frothed, with large bubbles and no semblance of the silky microfoam you’d expect from even a half-decent cafĆ©.

To top it all off, the seating was uncomfortable, with rickety chairs that looked like they were on the verge of collapsing. The tables were sticky, and I saw more than one dirty cup lying around, clearly neglected by the staff.

Overall, [Coffee Shop Name] is an absolute trainwreck of a coffee shop. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the disappointment and find another place that actually cares about serving good coffee and providing...

If I come into your store, refuse to buy anything and refuse to leave, no matter how nicely or how often you ask, refusing even when you tell me you are calling the police to remove me, then when the cops come and ask me to leave I still refuse, even when they tell me I'm going to be arrested if I don't, then when I've forced the police to arrest me, will you apologize, refuse to press charges, close every Starbucks for a day to train staff at huge expense not to be racist (using discredited, inconsistent methods) even though the staff have done nothing wrong and there's no evidence of them being the racist bigots the company action suggests they are. Will you then run a huge PR campaign to say you are ashamed of yourselves for treating me as you did, and that the whole reason the incident happened was because of my race rather than my actions. Will you do all that for me or is that just the Starbiucks policy in the U.S. Maybe we could avoid the whole thing and the manager at the store where this happened could keep her job if Starbucks just gave free coffee to anyone refusing to buy one, and made it company policy never to ask anyone to leave their store ever. I hate this PC stuff where the innocent lose their job and the people who caused the trouble get rewarded or held up as some kind of heroes, which is why I;m giving you, my local Starbucks such...

I have been going to Starbucks every single day since January, and even before I moved to NZ I used to go in Australia. And they are known for all the customisations and syrups and stuff you can put in the drinks. Normally they are very flexible and cater to all tastes. For medical reasons I can't have caffeine, so normally I have decaf. Today, after waiting the whole year for the release of the pumpkin spice series, I ordered a decaf americano with Pumpkin spice Foam, to which the manager of the store said in a very rude tone "NO, it is not meant to be drunk that way. It is meant to be on the Cold Brew", so I explained that I can't have caffeine and he still refused to do it and did not give any other reasons other than "it is not designed to be that way" Which is a ridiculous, knowing that a couple of weeks ago I got exactly what I asked for when I went to one of the Sydney stores, and that is my usual order every time the pumpkin spice season is on. Really bad experience and very poor handling of the situation from the manager. Won't be...

Strategically located in the Old Bank arcade, we keep stopping by here for frappe, munchies, or souvenirs. My kids love their hit chocolate and danish pastries. I do enjoy their frappucino and like to try their specials on various season. Pies, brownies, and other munchies are mostly available as well. Other things I’d like to buy here is their souvenirs. Mugs and tumblers, with the cities series, are the ones that I collect and buy for souvenirs. Service is fast, staff are friendly. You have enough space in the terrace if you like to eat or drink here. It’s on one floor so it’s comfortable for those with wheelchairs.

I mean it’s Starbucks, right? Tourists will come here because of the familiarity while local Kiwis will go elsewhere because this coffee is mid at best. My kids like it for the (caffeine-free) frappucinos and I like collecting the mugs. Good for a snack, too, but all the seating is outside. So your mileage may vary depending on the weather. Amazingly, it’s the *only one* in Wellington city aside the airport location as far as I can tell. So if you have a craving, this is where it’s at.

I want to give each of the workers 5 Star for there hard work today even though there has been some mistakes in people’s orders that’s including mine which I didn’t mind cos I know how it feels and it happens..What impressed me is they still kept on smiling..If they had a tip jar I would definitely tip them cos they deserve it..Thank you Staff you do an amazing job on my Caramel Macchiato it’s so my favourite hot drink :-)
