First time coming and the service was poor, maybe under staffed (it wasn't too busy)? We waited at the bar and no one came. We coud see a guy serving in another bar, he's obviously not looking at the bar we were at to see if there are customers waiting, we could see him. There was no bell for us to ring for service. We eventually went around to the other bar where a lady finally gave us service and said we need to go back around. I told her that I don't mean to be rude but someone should be paying attention to the bar for customers, it was a little bit awkward. She did apologise. We told her we had a booking. She gave us the coins and that was it (we weren't too sure what do to with these coins). I had to ask her about our 2x visors and 2x cocktails, she looked back on her screen to look and asked us what colour we wanted and she'll bring the cocktails to us. We asked her what we do with these coins and it took a few times because I couldn't hear her, because the music was really loud. We eventually got there. We noticed the golf card had only 9 holes instead of 18 holes we paid for so had to go and ask again and a man said we can go to the bar and get another card or continue on the card we have. What would have been good is to have been asked if we've been here before and if not, a bit of an introduction as at the 9th whole our ball disappeared and we realised we had to go up and get more coins to get new balls. We really enjoyed the mini golf course, it was really fun and the signature cocktail was really nice and came out...

Read morePROS .Variety of arcade games and activities for people of all ages to enjoy .The kai was good .Awesome customer service from both workers & bouncers
CONS .Wait time for both food & drinks was longer than expected via ordering from the online QR code people ordering straight from the bar got their food & drinks pretty much straight away.
.Intoxicated people that cant handle their alcohol
.Larger groups should be monitored or there should be a limit to how many people per group when on the mini golf circuit as having more than 4-5 people can take up too much time. My group had 4 including myself there was one group in front of us that had 3 people more than mine and another group in front of them that had 10+ people. We could not move on to the next level until that large group had finished some weren't even participating just drinking and talking others were arguing amongst themselves which was quite annoying because they were interfering with our game by getting in the way. Reducing the number of people per group when playing the mini golf will allow for a better flowthrough the activity.
A big thank you to Phoebe and Genna or Gemma (apologies if i got it wrong) for serving me our last drinks and wishing me a Happy Birthday. We will...
