Food was creative but flavors were rather muted. For example, the Peruvian ceviche did not have a strong leche de tigre citrus kick to it - we love ceviche and this although definitely cut more like Peruvian ceviche tasted more like Mexican ceviche. It did not have the strong flavors of onions and was adorned with tortilla chips instead of choclo, kumara or potatoes.

The staff remained professional and provided great service, while the food was superb. If you love spicy we’ll made food or simple delicious meals they catered for it all.
My colleague with the food intolerance confidently added WBC to her venues to eat at.
