A large and very well equipped library, colocated with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Clark's Cafe. The collection is extensive and covers pretty much anything you would care to read. There's also a large audiovisual section where music and movies/TV series can be hired. There's a special children's area with beanbags and toys, which hosts children's storytime and other activities. Throughout the four levels of the library there are plenty of armchairs forr quiet reading, desks for individual study, and tables for group discussion. Read moreFantastic library. Various little nooks to curl up and plant yourself down, always lots of folks with laptops. Great variety of books over different floors as well as magazines, dvds&cds. Ground floor also has a good children's area. New self check out machines are great, super quick and easy to use - have seen little people&grandas use them no problems. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Great big book sale a couple of times a year. Clarks cafe upstairs is a great spot too.
