Burger King Meridian — Restaurant in Otago

Bad service. Lady who served us didn't seem interested. Waited a while for food, guy who gave us our food just dumped bag in front of me, didn't tell me it wasn't all of my order so had to wait for the rest. While sitting and eating the staff just stood taking while so many people waited ages for food. Guy out back was wiping his nose then handling food with no gloves. Spent quite a bit of money here for my family of 6, unfortunately 1 of the kids had spilt a drink and it went all over the table and myself and went up to ask for some napkins and was given 2 when we explained what happened and asked for more the lady refused to give us more so had to leave a huge mess, had to apologize to the cleaning lady who had to clean it all up and she knew straight away it was them who wouldnt give us anymore napkins. The food was fine, although as we were packing up to leave a member of the staff came upto.our group claiming that we insulted another employee or a customer, this was an untrue accusation as we said nothing of the sorts, she then proceeded to threaten to physically assault us making the whole situation very unprofessional. I thought that this ruined my experience and my personal opinion on the restaurant, I dont think I'll be coming back...
