Choice Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

I insist people better not to visit this place. This is my second experience so writing this review. I visited first time 7 years back and I had a very bad customer service experience as they make me waiting for just only taking my order 45 minutes I was just behind 6 people in queue. Today I went there expecting that they definitely improve their system but I was just behind 3 people in queue and waiting for my number. One person standing on side talk to the two girls who return from inside after disappeared from counter for 10 minutes said where is my order I am waiting from last 45 minutes....so we thought better to leave this place now ...their attitude is " Hum nahi sudhrege"...with us two more customers left who ware behind us. ...people teach them lesson ..they are because of us not because of making people upset... Many restaurants now in Auckland around this area. Very disgusting.......

WORST Customer Service .... Staff's attitude and service is extremely poor , always long wait time for the food. Hire some good staff who know what is customer service.Quality and quantity of the food are not up to the mark.I have visited them few times to get Indian sweets and I can notice the difference. I am not going there again for sure. I never recommend this place to anyone. Owner of this place should read the reviews to understand why people post negative comments which is resulting you are losing customers day by day. Main reason is your staff's attitude ,customer service and less staff doing multitasking is why they are always annoyed at customers. Customer's fault is that they visit this place and ruined their day by dealing with illiterate staff members ,who don't know what is customer service called. Waste of time i really don’t want to give one star to their customer service. I ordered 12 samosas on phone And they said pickup in 20 minutes. But I was late 10 minutes nd when I went there the lady said I used your order already ,u didn’t come so that’s why I used it you have to wait for another 20 minutes. I said why? Nd she said we thought and absorbed you are not coming. I was like. Really u don’t even know you absorbed this.. my guests was waiting for me at home. I said I want my order now nd she said sorry we can’t if you don’t want it okay fine. This was her answer.
