Domino's Pizza Blenheim — Restaurant in South Island

Very poor service on a Sunday night. My colleague and I anticipated our 30 minute meal break and ordered on the app for a fixed time pickup, 6pm. Our order was processed at 5:47pm, and the tracker said 13 minutes, perfect. We drove to the store and arrived at 6:03, went inside to pay. They didn't have our order ready, and I asked them to check again, but the person told us it hasn't been cooked as they are busy. This was clearly the case, as all carparks were taken and the staff delivery cars were taking up a lot of the customer's parking spaces. It wasn't until 6:12 that we received our pizzas and were able to return to our workplace to eat them. Not an enjoyable experience, and I don't appreciate having to devour a whole pizza in 10 minutes just because they took too long to prepare our order....

I am very disapointed as i got 2 El Scorcho pizzas for the adults plus a hawaiian for my daughter why am i dissapointed because my daughters mouth was burning and when i rung to ask if they use the same blade to cut it the manage said yes we would have in that situation as its not gluetin free ect... i replyed that not everyones pallet can handle the heat from chillie and he said its the same as the pepper in the tomatoe sauce... things got heated colourful words said and will not be returning HELLO PIZZA HUT.. anyone else had...

This is the worst dominos I have had, I have been having dominos all my life but this tasted like microwave pizza.

As a vegetarian the staff did not understand simple hygiene standards such as do use the meat cutter when cutting the vegetarian pizza. The pizza tasted sour which was actually disgusting.

We threw away our pizza because not even the birds are worthy of it.

Needs a mystery shopper from Dominos HQ to see the low standard this place...
