McDonald's Dunedin — Restaurant in South Island

The last few times I have gone, the dirt on both the tables and the floor is terrible. The service is not much better at the counter. I had to see a lady who was demanding in front of me for a tray and that they were giving her cold fries, which at first seemed in bad taste but then I agreed with her, since they also wanted to give me the cold and old fries, to which I asked the boy to change them for me, and they didn't give me a tray either despite requesting Eat In option. If you don't want to give trays, simply don't give the option anymore, because not even the tables are clean to use. One thing or the other. I understand that there may be a shortage of staff, but the place is simply getting worse. It doesn't seem like McDonald's...

Decided to treat my children to a little maccas. Was served by a guy who clearly required a special size of uniform to be made just for him. He talked too much and was just annoying because I just wanted him to take my order, his teeth also disturbed me and my kids. I then sat down as I was given table service however I just heard my order number being screamed from the service counter. After two minutes of waiting I came up and questioned the once again overweight lady wearing a "McCafe" uniform "aren't you meant to take this out to me" which she replied with "why should I" then she walked off.

Why give me a service if you aren't going to deliver? Also why have two so visually unappealing people serving customers?? It...

Just been to McDonalds in George Street and would advise people to keep away from this branch. The place was filthy, the men’s toilets facilities had dried vomit on the toilet floors, hand basin etc The main restaurant area tables and floors had not been cleaned, The staff looked like they had been been working all week in their uniforms with old dryed food over them and this was at 5.30 in the morning! Heaps of staff on preparing food for the day, so this was not due to staff shortages. The owner / manager should hang their head in shame. I decided not to eat here and go hungry instead.
