We dined in today at 6:09 PM and booked through First Table. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and I’d like to commend Jack, our waiter, for his outstanding customer service. He was attentive, courteous, and handled an issue with professionalism and care.
We ordered the rib eye steak (requested medium well) and calamari. The calamari was okay, but unfortunately, the steak was served quite chewy and overcooked, which made it difficult to enjoy. We ended up not finishing the dish and, since we were still quite hungry, decided to order a pasta dish, which was delicious and satisfying.
Jack noticed the situation, sincerely apologized, and did his best to make it right by offering us a complimentary dessert. Although we appreciated the gesture, we were already full and politely declined.
Thank you again to Jack for his excellent service and for trying to turn things around. While the steak missed the mark, we appreciated the service and the way the situation...
Read moreThe restaurant’s view is the only high thing I can talk about as it overlooks the mountains from the window. However the service attitude of staff is missing. We ordered dinner with soup, entrée and main course and they served us main course first. When I asked about the soup, the rude reply came that I have only two hands to serve. Basic etiquette of serving a dinner are missing , looks like no training given to staff and how to speak to guests. Next day I order a simple Omlette and what I got was the most hopeless Omlette I ever had in my lifetime. The cook didn’t even know how to stuff the Omlette with simple fillings and the dish was just thrown on my table as if a great favour was done to me. Menu of breakfast was same for all the three days we stayed. The rooms are average and the bathing tub is risky as no anti skid mat. I felt so unsafe while taking bath. Overall I didn’t find it worth the price I paid for...
Read moreWhile the ambiance and location of this establishment are commendable for a sit-down experience, our visit for dessert left much to be desired. We sampled both the choco lava cake and the creme brulee, and unfortunately, neither met our expectations. The choco lava cake, served with watermelon ice cream, was a disappointment, as the combination didn't appeal to my palate. Although the creme brulee fared slightly better, it still fell short of delivering a truly satisfying experience.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend returning to this place solely for dessert. Instead, I would suggest exploring other options in the area for a more enjoyable culinary experience. While the ambiance may be pleasant, the desserts here failed to leave a lasting impression. With numerous alternatives available, it's best to skip this establishment and seek out a venue that promises a more satisfying...
